Sarah Kemmitt works with the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative where she helped to establish and leads the Secretariat for the Net Zero Banking Alliance. With an earlier career in ecological conservation, agroforestry and soil science, after the financial crisis Sarah took the opportunity move into financial services regulation, including roles within the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England. In recent years she brought her environmental expertise to bear on her supervisory work at the Bank, contributing to the UK regulation and supervision of the risks from climate change on the banking and insurance sectors.

Aleksandra Schellenberg is a Head of Sustainable Finance Legal at UBS and is based in Zurich. At UBS, Aleksandra, together with 10 brilliant lawyers she leads, provides legal advice on ESG risks across the bank’s operations such as Group sustainability strategy, ESG commitments, sustainable investing, sustainable lending, supply chain, greenwashing, ESG litigation to name a few.

In addition, Aleksandra promotes sustainability outside her business hours. She is a founder and a CEO of Speaktacular.Me (www.speaktacular.me), a free social media platform created for women to be 100% themselves, and where they can anonymously speak to each other on any topic without judgement, and to empower one another.

Cosmin has 20+ years' experience in banking, consulting and sustainability, o/w 10 years in team leadership roles. He leads teams responsible to insert Sustainability stakes in Global Banking activities and decisions, by building a bridge between infrastructure (ESG data, risks & regulations,…) and commercial stakes with our Corporate clients.

Previously, Cosmin built up and led CIB Consulting & Transformation, in-house consultancy involved in sustainability initiatives such as Net Zero Banking Alliance or build-up of Low Carbon Transition Group.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas in 2010, Cosmin worked as strategy and risk management consultant for clients in banking and various industries

Julie Miller joined BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Social Responsibility department 7 years ago focusing on CSR sector policies covering the bank’s financing and investing activities. She is now Deputy Head of the ESG Risks and Opportunities team in charge the Bank’s ESG strategy and commitments. 

Julie joined BNP Paribas in 2007 and held several positions in coverage and loan structuring in the Corporate and Institutional Banking division prior to taking up her current role.

Nadia Adjeroun is a Legal Counsel specializing in sustainable finance regulations. After having gained substantial experience in debt and capital market transactions and corporate governance, she is now advising on the implementation of ESG regulations and the mitigation of litigation risks.  Nadia holds a Master’s degree in European Business law from Nancy II University in France, has practiced as a qualified lawyer in Luxembourg and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).

Robbinah Kalizinje is a versatile professional with expertise in banking, accounting, finance, and sustainability. Currently excelling as a Business Operations Risk Manager, she integrates Sustainable practices into financial operations driving positive impact. Committed to advancing Sustainable Finance, she actively advocates for integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into financial decision-making processes. Through her leadership and strategic insights, she drives positive change, shaping the future of sustainable finance for generations to come.

Daniela Villegas is an Origination Director for the UK Lease business at ABN AMRO. Passionate about all aspects of sustainability, she focuses on funding hard assets for various sectors such as Transport, Logistics and Construction, while helping clients transition into a more sustainable future.

Ivan Bagaliyski, develops innovative value propositions for the equipment and automotive finance sectors. He’s passionate about translating customer requirements into strategic software solutions to drive business growth and efficiencies for banks, independents, and captives.

Bagaliyski previously worked in investment banking, wealth management, regulatory reporting, and risk management software organizations. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePauw University.

Matthias Grossmann is the CEO for the Commercial Finance business of Siemens Financial Services. Matthias has almost 30 years’ experience with the Siemens Group. He has worked in the US and Germany; and was until 2019 based in Sweden where he was CFO for the Siemens Nordic region. He was also Head of Corporate Pensions, the unit responsible for group-wide and Siemens AG pension management. Matthias has extensive experience and knowledge of both the finance and industry markets. He also has a keen interest in sustainability, and is leading the SFS Commercial Finance drive to enable businesses across the global to invest in more sustainable equipment and technology. Matthias holds a degree in Business Administration from the Technical University Berlin, Germany.

Michail Mogilevski serves as the Head of Green Technology and Healthcare at PEAC Solutions, leveraging over a decade of invaluable experience in the financial services industry. With a stellar track record in business development, international vendor finance, and credit risk management, Michail's expertise encompasses Healthcare, including Medical Technology and Fitness, as well as Green Mobility & Energy Solutions. His unwavering commitment to driving innovation and sustainability, coupled with his visionary approach, positions him as a catalyst for transformative solutions at the intersection of finance and impactful industries.

Lindsey holds an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability from NYU and is a strong advocate for sustainability on and off the job. For instance, she has not bought new clothing for nearly five years and has contributed to a documentary on Hulu, encouraging a more ethical fashion industry.

Since 2018, she’s held multiple leadership roles at various Fortune 500 organizations committed to making a positive change on the environment and its inhabitants. That included a role as Director of Global Marketing and E-Commerce at Loop, which has been recognized by Fast Company and Fortune Magazine as one of the most innovative companies for its work helping organizations such as Ulta Beauty, Unilever and Burger King divert waste from landfills by reusing packaging materials. She also currently serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Business School, lending her voice to very important societal issues around sustainability.

At DLL, Lindsey leads the relationship with prominent partners and customers within the company’s LifeTech division, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting them with their journey towards a more sustainable future.

Dr. Gressel's career has spanned across cleantech and purpose-driven startups, venture capital investing and strategic ESG consulting. His current initiative, ECO-OS, is an online software solution for ESG accounting and intelligence which he co-founded in 2016. In 2001 he founded his first company, Assif-Strategies, is a pioneering environmental accounting, strategy and innovation firm. Since then he's co-founded, advised and invested with numerous early-stage cleantech, energy and food companies, including: Incredo (formerly: DouxMatok), Elysium Carbon, EnStorage, Panoramic Power (now part of Centrica) and TransAlgae. Noam earned his Ph.D. at the University of California at Berkeley & a B.Sc.Agri at the Hebrew University.

Krista is co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of ClimateAligned, a leading climate fintech company whose AI-driven platform helps finance professionals uncover opportunities and risks in the climate transition by matching their queries, preferences, and frameworks to the sea of information available on financial assets and issuers globally. Their product helps finance professionals to build impactful climate investment products faster and at scale.

Before starting ClimateAligned, Krista spent nearly a decade working on sustainable finance topics across sectors and markets. Most recently she was Head of Market Intelligence at the Climate Bonds Initiative, working on developing and implementing green finance standards and products for issuers, investors and banks. She continues to serve as Senior Advisor to Climate Bonds as well as being a member of several industry working groups.
